Bearbeitungsablauf: Nachdem die belichtete Super8-Filmkassette zum Filmlabor Andec-Cinegrell  gesendet wurde, bekommen wir die entwickelten Filme mit dem Scan-Gutschein zugesandt. Da die Filme gesammelt per DHL Paket (in der Regel wöchentlich) versendet werden, kann es ab der Benachrichtigung von Andec-Cinegrell bis zu vier Werktage dauern, bis die Filme bei uns ankommen. Ab Erhalt (meist montags/dienstags) brauchen wir ca. 2-3 Werktage für den Scan, der dann als Download-Link geliefert wird.

Wenn nach 7 Tagen noch kein Download-Link von uns eingegangen ist, bitte zunächst den eMail SPAM-Ordner prüfen. Ist der Link auch dort nicht zu finden, kann unter Angabe des Namens auf dem Click&Surr-Gutschein bei uns per eMail oder Telefon nachgefragt werden.

Versand der Originalfilme: Der Rückversand der Originalfilme erfolgt als Großbrief (innerhalb Deutschlands) oder Warenpost (innerhalb der EU). Wir versenden erst, wenn die auf dem Lieferschein vermerkte Versandadresse per eMail bestätigt wurde. Eine Rücksendung ins nicht EU Ausland muss ggf. gesondert beauftragt werden. Sofern die Originalfilme nicht benötigt werden, bitten wir um Rückmeldung per eMail. Die Filme werden dann nach 4 Wochen entsorgt.

Notes on timing: After the exposed Super8 film cassette has been sent to the Andec-Cinegrell film laboratory, we receive the developed films with the scanning voucher. Since the films are sent collectively via DHL package (usually weekly), it can take up to four working days from Andec-Cinegrell‘s notification for the films to reach us. From receipt (usually Mondays/Tuesdays) we need approx. 2-3 working days for the scan, which is then delivered as a download link.

If you have not received a download link from us after 7 days, please check the email SPAM folder first. If the link cannot be found there either, you can contact us by email or telephone, stating the name on the Click&Surr voucher.

Shipping of the original films: The original films will be returned as a large letter (within Germany) or by post (within the EU). We only ship once the shipping address noted on the delivery note has been confirmed by email. Returns to non-EU countries may have to be ordered separately. If the original films are not required, we ask for feedback by email. The films are then disposed of after 4 weeks.
